Scammer: ShoeMoney - Jeremy Shoemaker - cheats already for US$1, what will happen with higher sums?

by Rudolf Faix 20. August 2015 10:29

ShowMoneyShoeMoney needed 10 days for answering a complaint that their software has a bug and their Facebook share detection and their promised payout is not working. Their answer shows that they are not interested in it. We know that scammer are lazy for this they are inventing some advertisements with promises of high earnings for selling you something useless. They are even not interested in fulfilling their misleading promotions. For this they lie all the time.

I can only recommend to everybody: Don't trust any advertisement. If someone promises you something than don't continue to spend some money before you got the promises fulfilled.

The fraud of the advertisement is already planned in the system. I don't know any other reason why they lie already in their support answer. I have no reason to sign-up many times at their system. I have seen already enough by the one time I signed up for writing my report found at "ShoeMoney - Jeremy Shoemaker: misleading promotion for getting access to Paypal accounts?". The answer from Amanda Hutch from shoemoney.com confirms only the fraud in their system. If I would have more accounts at their site, then they needed to have paid at least the first time, but my Paypal account received during the last 3 years only the payments from Uento!

This shows the poor situation of the affiliate/MLM marketing. This market is already down and some people are trying with unbelievable advertisings to find a few stupid people, which are believing into their promotion. The same gets found here at ShoeMoney. To promote their own system they are promising you the heaven on earth but they are even not able to fulfill their US$1 promise for a Facebook and/or Twittershare. I think that the Facebook share detection is working, but they even like to get more promotion for their US$1. I'll recomment everybody to delete the sharing from ShoeMoney from your timeline and Twitter pages.

The misleading promotion from the ShoeMoney website:

Screenshot of the misleading promotion from the ShoeMoney website

They like to sell you only some hosting and systems as we can read at my previous report about ShoeMoney. With this action they have destroyed the little bit of their reputation they had until now. My opinion is that they are nothing else than fraudster and scammer. I don't believe them anything what is coming from their site!

The email from ShoeMoney:

Rudolf,

Good afternoon.

The reason you have not received your rewards in your account is because I show you have multiple accounts with the network.

This is against our Terms of Service to have two accounts.

Thanks!

WHAFF - fake and misleading promotion

by Rudolf Faix 17. August 2015 12:08

WHAFFA Facebook advertisement of the scammer Jason White brought the app WHAFF into my focus. Everything what seems to good to be true is not true. The promotion for WHAFF is free invented:

Jason White

No investment just follow below details
Download WHAFF Rewards.

Instructions:
1. After install, log in with facebook
Wait for few second automatically open a dialog box and Enter the code.
2. Enter Code AY19070 ( We both earn $10 )
3. Download and get the all reward $
4. Exchange $ to PayPal, Google Gift card or any other

Don't worry friends see the payment proof also

Guys Try it and see within one months you will be able to earn $500-$1000

Instead of earning $10 for signing up, you get $0.30. Instead of earning $20 - $40 per day, you need to be happy if you are earning $0.20 per day. You need only take a look at the offers in WHAFF and you'll get it that even $0.20 will be a high earning. An earning from your referrals is not foreseen like we can see on the following screen-shot:
WHAFF invite screen

Even the attached payment proof is a fake. At the payment proof we can see a payment of $10, but WHAFF does not pay $10 - the minimum payment is in every case higher:
WHAFF payout screen

While others are paying within a few minutes WHAFF hopes that they are able to find during three days a reason to decline the payment. That does not make them to a trustful company. Additional are they hiding their domain registration behind a privacy protection service:

If you visit their website and click at "SignIn" or "SignUp" then you get the message "The page whaff.com says: Comming Soon". It looks for me as the domain got registered January 2011 that this menu entry is comming soon since more than 4.5 years and did not arrive until now.

All the above facts are making the promotion (app description) of WHAFF in the Google Playstore to a bad joke:

ShoeMoney - Jeremy Shoemaker: misleading promotion for getting access to Paypal accounts?

by Rudolf Faix 12. August 2015 14:07

ShoeMoneyMisleading promotion is well-known from the affiliate and MLM marketing companies. By promoting large income opportunities they try to pull out your hard earned money from your pocket. ShoeMoney is not different in this case. I think ShoeMoney is even more worse than others.

Jeremy Shoemaker promises in his videos after signing up to shoemoney.net for sharing a link on Facebook $1 as payment. The problem is already that his program is not able verifying the link. The alternate way is to share it on Twitter. This seems to work for his program. Verifying the Paypal account works too. His transfer of $1 to your Paypal account is already not working. A rogue who thinks is the evil of it.

I'll reccommend everybody, which made the same experience than me to delete the Tweet and the Facebook posting with the Shoemoney link because you have done it in believing the misleading promotion of Jeremy Shoemaker. Even the verification access to your Paypal account should get removed (found at https://www.paypal.com/webapps/auth/identity/myactivity?execution=e1s2). It does not matter how much the value is you got promised. The behavior of Jeremy Shoemaker itself shows that he is not a trustful business partner. His words are nothing else than hot air or with other words who lies once cannot get trusted any more. If someone lies already for a small amount, what he will do if the amount is big?

It is not a big loss if ShoeMoney is not trustful. They only like to sell you a website for promoting their own services. You get a few percents of their sales. That means if ShoeMoney is not successful they are saving at least the hosting costs of their website, because you have to pay it in any case. That is the business model of ShoeMoney: You have in any case the costs and if they like than they let you earn a little bit. You'll not be able to have any controll about your sales and Jeremy Shoemaker is cheating you already for US$1!

Here we can see that the link shoemoney.net is public shared at my wall at Facebook:

Facebook timeline Rudolf Faix

The site ShoeMoney.net does not recognize it and offers for this sharing it on Twitter. As we know from before it can be a trick for getting more attention too. I think more about the second possibility:

ShoeMoney - tricks you for publishing their ads on Twitter too

You can see here where you need to spend money and what you get by participating at the program of ShoeMoney. I have stopped at the moment as I needed to buy space for a website from a provider, which has less bandwith available than my own company in Europe. As you cannot continue to the next step without buying you can guess who will earn money: Jeremy Shoemaker. You can even expect that you have to pay for services, which you can get from other sites for free:

Instead off earning you have to spend money

ShoeMoney - instead of earn you have to spend money

ShoeMoney - spending instead of earning

uento - you need a lot of patience until you are able to earn a small amount

by Rudolf Faix 10. August 2015 10:52

uentoThe promotion from Uento is very misleading. You can earn money and you get paid, but you need a lot of patience. Their description in the Google Playstore:

Uento is the best way to get rewarded by collecting android apps and it also helps to keep them organized. It's simple and easy to find new exiting apps and the best thing: UNLIMITED FREE POINTS EVERY DAY!

Very misleading is the sentence: "UNLIMITED FREE POINTS EVERY DAY!". I have not seen in the last 2 months that you can get there unlimited free points. The possibilities have been very limited.

The idea behind Uento is not so bad. App developers can bring up their installation count by paying small fees and get on this way a better ranking in the Google playstore. Depending on the wishes of the app developer the users are getting 3 points just for installing the app, 5 points for installing and run the app one time or 8 points for installing the app, run it one time and keep it on the device for 3 days.

Update January 29, 2016: I have now uninstalled Uento as the app told me that I'm locked for two days because I have changed my country. Sorry, but I think that is only an excuse for them for not having some apps to install. I have even not left my house and I did not restart my phone. This bug happened already a few times to me, but now the idiotic programmer from Uento can tease himself in future. He is even too stupid to show you the apps which are in your area available and running on your device. With other words is the the programmer from Uento nothing else than a script kiddie without any global knowledge. A technical knowledge about Android is completely missing and he tries to limit down the users until his scripts are crashing and resulting in reboots of the phone. It seems that he is even not able to secure his collected data because otherwise how it would come that the message "You have changed your country" can appear?

The idiot does even not know that the world has airplanes which are going from country to country and you can carry a mobile phone with you.

End of the update.

If you like to try the app by yourself then you need a Paypal account. Payment is only done to a Paypal account. In such a case follow the steps:

  1. not recommendedDownload and install the Uento App from the Google playstore (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.app.uento&hl=en) FREE OF CHARGE
  2. Sign-up with your name, email and password
  3. You get an email from waypedia with a validation code
Copy the validation copy code into uento -> menu -> myprofile and press verify email with code
  4. Start installing apps from the Uento program

Each time you reach 250 points you transfer $2.50 to your Paypal account. A payment proof gets found at the end of this article. The payment gets done within seconds.

If you reach level 20 you'll get your own referral code. You'll get 2 points for each installation from referral level 1 and 1 point for each installation from referral level 2.

uento offers

The problem is only that not all apps are with all versions of Android compatible. Uento likes to force the installation of all the apps. You are as user not able to mark an app as not compatible with your device. You see in the following screenshot that the app Buzzapp is not compatible with my Samsung Note II (GT-7100N). The same is valid for the apps Global Classifieds and Global Business Directory! You can see it at the following screenshots:

App not compatibledevice status Samsung GT-7100N - Galaxy Note II

I signed up at Uento on June 22, 2015. It needed until July 19, 2015 until I collected enough points (250 points) for a $2.50 payment and I got my referral code as soon as I reached the level 20 - that has been on August 8, 2015.

The problems I have described in my article from July 15 "Time-Waster: uento.com - Nicholas Thompson - Apogaeis Technologies - apogaeis.com" are mostly gone. The last weeks a few updates of the Uento software happened. It seems that the installation recognition got improved because the last "FAILED" has happened to me on July 4, 2015.

Here you'll find my full installation history:

Survey site: MarketAgent.com - legal but in truth a waste of time to promote their services

by Rudolf Faix 4. August 2015 06:52

MarketagentMarketAgent is an official company with the location in Austria, Germany, Slovenia and Switzerland. That alone does not make them trustful. It shows only in which market they are active and which law they have to respect and where they are responsible in front of the law court.

If you are taking a look at their locations then you'll see that the English speaking market is not really their market. Austria, Germany and their location in Switzerland is German speaking. So it does not really make any sense to promote their services if you read their conditions at their website:

Registration as a survey participant: 150 Points

In principle, the invitation to participate in surveys is done by random selection. Which means, that our system uses randomly our address pool and selects the number of participants automatically - this is methodologically necessary. Often, participants must also meet certain characteristics (e.g.: male and living in Berlin or Vienna). Because of this, there can be greater distances between the surveys from time to time and then it can go back quite quickly.

Friend invited by the survey participant : 100 Points
You will receive the points for recommending new member only, when the referred person has completed his/her first survey.

Updating your personal information (1x per year): 50 Points
Please note that the points for updating your personal information will only be credited, if we have asked you to do so via email.

Participation in the online survey: 20 - 250 points

Conversion: 1.2 dollar = 120 cents = 100 bonus points

Bonus points will be awarded to your account immediately after completing each survey. Anytime you can convert Exchange Area the survey points into cash or rather products or services of our cooperation partners. Each time after you collect 200 number of points you can exchange them.

Bank transfer, Paypal, Skrill

From the above statements is ony "Conversion: 1.2 dollar = 120 cents = 100 bonus points" against the European Consumer law, because the U.S. members are getting a better conversation as the European members - actually is € 1.00 ~ US$ 1.09829.

In any case are their conditions only for their own benefit. If you invite someone to their system, then you'll get only paid if he is usefull for them. As you don't know it in front which kind of people they are searching is it nothing else than mass collection of data.

The result of this system can get seen in the comments from Web Of Trust. There has written Rayven_redeye on 04/21/2011 (translated to English):

A little extra income, as I said, you can do so about 30 € per year, to be made depending on the amount of surveys.
You get the surveys sent by mail, if you do not want to participate in the survey, the mail can get ignored because there is no "minimum" that must be met. The transfer works without problems, however, can take up to 3 weeks.

The user azereus has written on 03/28/2011 at WOT (translated to English):

you get around 1x survey per month sent. if make the survey until the end you get up to 2.5 €. adds up to € 30 / year. the money can be transferred on their own account.
Yes it works !!

The user ZLazarow has commented on 04/16/2012 at WOT:

I have completed few surveys and get 600 points(6€), at ask to payout to my paypal acount, onthe web page shows transfer succesful, but money I never get to my Paypal account, I wrote many times to marketagent.com, but not answered to any my mail sent...

I thik this is SCAM

Summary: If we take a look at the above comments then we see that they have not enough surveys that their members can get a higher income. I received never an invitation for a survey from them. It did not make any difference if I have been living in Vienna or at country side near to Vienna and I have been every time a typical consumer (living in a family with kids).

The European consumer data protection law keeps you save that your data are not getting traded.

Only people, which are not able to read and think, will promote marketagent.com at the English speaking part of the world. In any case such people are only wasting their time because they have even not enough surveys for their German speaking members and the referrer gets only paid if the refferal participates on his first survey.

This case shows even that all these other survey sites, which are offering you a high monthly income are only SCAM and they willnot pay you. The worst ones are these, which are asking for a membership fee from you.
