The Truth about Paid to Click (PTC) by the example of buxvertise.com

by Rudolf Faix 15. November 2015 12:24

Screenshot buxvertise.combuxvertise.com tries to impress with "Earn Extra Cash Online" promotion their users. They have written by themselves at their start page that they have paid in total $428,037.70 to their 244,469 members. That is in average around $1.7509 (one dollar and seventyfive cents) for each member since they started at April 17, 2014 - 19 month ago. One dollar seventyfive cents is very impressing for their members in a time range of 19 months. The most people are giving a higher tip to a waiter as buxvertise.com calls an "Earn Extra"! Maybe they are shaming themselves for this low payout and are hiding for this reason their domain ownership by a privacy protection service.

If we take a look at their membership site then we see that the maximum earning per day is $0.0121. In their FAQ's they are declaring that the minimum payout is $7. If we divide the $7 by a daily earning of $0.121 then we see that you maybe get a cash-out after 579 days. These facts are they calling "The only Paid-to-Click Service you'll ever need". I think they have in their slogan a type mismatch. They have forgotten the letter "N" in front of the word "ever"!

Here the screenshots from the member area of buxvertise.com:

Screenshot buxvertise.com member area - Fixed Advertisements part 1

Screenshot buxvertise.com member area - Fixed Advertisements part 2

Screenshot buxvertise.com member area - Buxvertise Ads

Worse is it coming if you are looking at the mebership upgrade table. Let us calculate that you earn $0.0121 per day as a "free member" * 365 days then you are earning $4.4165 per year. If you pay a membership fee for the "Buxer" of $55/year (yearly payment) you'll earn 150% of the free member - also nearly $6.6248 (six dollars) and make a loss of more than $48.75 per year. Worse is it with the membership fee for the "Eternity" member, which is $380/year (yearly payment) and pays only double of the "free member" - in this case you lose $371,17 per year ($380 membership fee - $4.4165 * 2 = $371.167). I call such offers simple SCAM because you cannot find so many referrals that you can come into winnings, because even the direct referrals are limited and nobody will visit the site daily for a maximum earning of $0.0242 ("Eternity" mamber for the case that you can find someone which is so stupid to work and to pay for getting nothing in return).

The Truth about Paid to Click (PTC) by the example of ultimateclix.com and ultimateclixx.com

by Rudolf Faix 12. November 2015 07:42

We'll find already the first lie of ultimateclix.com in the caption of their homepage, where is written "No Limits for your earnings". As scammers are even too lazy to think gets the lie found already in the caption from the page ultimateclix.com and ultimateclixx.com. There is written "SINCE FEBRUARY 2014 ... WE HAVE PAID $271 060.46 TO OUR 163 161 REGISTERED MEMBERS". While $271,060.46 seems to be an impressing sum, we need to take a detailed look at it. The sum of $271,060.45 got paid to 163,161 registered members and $271,060.45 divided by 163,161 results in an average payment of $1.6613 (one dollar and 66 cents) for each member for the time of 21 months. That means each member earned the impressing sum of around $0.0791 (nearly eight cents) each month! This proves that the scammers are even too lazy to use their own brain during setting up their own website.

Screenshot of ultimateclix.com including lies and error message

That scammers are lazy gets shown on the error message in the above screenshot. In this case they have been too lazy to test their program and removing the errors. If they would have made the program not quick and dirty, the error message "Warning: Illegal string offset 'active' in /home/ultimateclixx/public_html/Sources/ads_new.php on line 0". like in the screenshot above, would not appear. PHP scripts are running at the server site and have nothing to do with the kind of the browser.

The next lie gets found in their membership table:

Screenshot of the ultimateclix.com memberships

In the above screenshot we find offers like in every other PTC (Paid To Click) site with $0.005 and $0.01 advertisements for free members. In reality is this not really valid because the "View Advertisments" page shows other values:

Screenshot ultimateclix.com - fixed advertisements

The above screenshot shows that you'll get only for the first three advertisements $0.001 and the other eleven are getting with the half or less. The tariff of the others is even not listed in the membership table. Worse is it with the ultimatexlixx ads shown in the next screenshot - there you are earning only $0.001 instead of $0.01, which is 1/10 of the promised payment of the membership table - what confirms already the scam:

Screenshot ultimateclix.com - ultimateclixx ads

Everybody is guilty by himself if he is clicking on the "Nano Ads" and the "Sponsor Ads". They are even not worth to read the offer because od their payment values from $0.00001 (= $1.0E-5 in the Sponsor Ads) until $0.00025. Think how many ads you need to click until you'll get one cent for them! You'll pay more for the electricity than you are earning for the advertisements.

The "Extra ways to earn more" are nothing else than a lottery game or free trials where you have to provide some payment processors or credit cards:

Other PTC (Paid To Click) sites are offering around $0.05 earnings per day. If you are adding all together then you'll see that ultimateclix.com is offering only $0.0125 per day. Think about it before signing up, how long you need to daily visit the site until you'll reach the $4/$5 minimum payout. For the minimum payout of $5 you'll need to work 400 days until you'll get a payment!!! As the promised payout for paid members is only the double value from the free membership you can be sure, that you have to work at least more than 200 days for them get your membership fee back! For this reason only stupid people are paying a membership fee for any Paid To Click (PTC) site!!!

As the following screenshot is showing should have users from PTC (Paid To Click) sites a good protection for their browser. Paid to Click provider are offering advertisements without checking them for some viruses and malware. The error message "This site uses a plugin () that is unsupported" shows a code, which shall get executed at the users computer. I did not make any research if this error message is coming from ultimateclix.com or from their client.

Summary: Don't trust any promotion done somewhere. Use your own brain and make your own decision if you don't like to support a scammer. You'll see it on the example of ultimateclix.com that the cheapest membership fee is $30/year and you can earn in the best case $1 during this time. Rememeber the average payment for each member since "February 2014" is $1.66 for all the 21 months until now! Only stupid people are paying $30 for a work which pays only around $1 during the same time!

Don't forget that business people, which are lying already in their promotion ("free membership"), are lying more for money. The "Free Membership" is normally the promotion for the paid membership. With other words shows the site already their true face in the "Free Membership", so I really don't like to know what will happen if I sign up for a paid membership!!!

TrafficAuthority - INFINITE LEVERAGE: the scam is hidden in the videos

by Rudolf Faix 12. August 2015 12:20

TrafficAuthorityAffiliate marketers how stupid are you really? I have seen that there need only someone publish a few time waster videos and promise a unbelievable income and nobody takes a look at the conditions, which are getting found at different places insde the videos.

In the case of TrafficAuthority have a lot of people signed-up during the prelaunch time and started to make promotions for them. I like to know how many of these stupid ones will pay the US$20 license fee per month (found at the marketing plan video at position 4 min 52 sec) and at least a traffic package for US$ 220? I think that 98% from them even don't know the conditions to get paid

Take a look at the conditions, which I have collected from the videos. You'll see that you have to qualify for selling the products and you have to pay a license fee. After launch you have exactly 72 hours time to qualify or your referrals are getting another sponsor. Are you really so stupid that you pay into a system where you even don't know which kind of traffic and/or clicks you'll get? You only know that the traffic is coming from USA and Canada, but you'll not know the kind of the traffic. If it is the same quality like from TrafficMonsoon and similar offers then you are only trashing money. Such a traffic will not increase your sales!

Video Company Lauch Plan:

Time Content
02:01 Our pre-launch system has been designed to give your new Traffic Authority business a Fast Start with serious upfront money on launch day
04:27 You'll be able to get traffic for your business for FREE... Apply some of your Traffic Authority earnings to your personal traffic packages.
07:04 Your cost for all of the Traffic Optimizer tools is just $27 per month.../ $20 commission
08:55 Traffic Academy $97/month $50 commission
14:25 If you haven't upgraded within the 72 hour period... Any sales and commissions that would have gone to you will unfortunately be paid out to the next qualified sponsor permanently.

Video Compensation Plan:

Time Content
06:53 you get paid as long as you are an active Traffic Authority member
07:15 The first 6 sales on each product type are split 50/50 between you and your sponsor
07:37 After your first 6 sales on each product, the split changes from 50/50 to 80/20
08:03 If you are not qualified to earn on a product, but still make the sale, That sale will be sent to your sponsor until you're qualified to earn commissions on that product.

You can get qualified to earn commissions in 2 different ways:
  1. First, you can purchase the product you want to earn commissions on
As soon as you make the purchase, you'll be instantly qualified to sell that product and earn commissions on it

  2. Or you can sell 3 of the products you want to earn commissions on.
When you do that, you'll be passing up 3 commissions to your sponsor, which are sales you will lose forever, but then you'll earn commissions on that product after that.
14:50 The total commission that's paid on the $1,097 Gold package is $500
15:40 The total commission that's paid out on the $4,297 Titanium package is $2,000
17:00 The total commission that's paid out on the $8,397 Diamond package is $4,000
21:03 When they're buying traffic packages to qualify to earn commissions...

Video Marketing Plan:

Time Content
03:47 If you miss out on that, if that 72 hour door closes without you securing your position
The members you signed up during the Pre-Launch are going to pass on the next qualified sponsor
and you WON'T getting any commissions from their purchases OR their downlines' purchases.
04:52 You'll need to purchase the official Reseller License for $20 per month
05:59 The cheapest traffic package is $220 pays $100 commissions
07:02 Bonuses that will qualify you to sell our highest paying traffic packages without having to pay full price!

My opinion is that you'll get traffic with a higher quality for a lower price if you are using Google adwords.

Survey site: MarketAgent.com - legal but in truth a waste of time to promote their services

by Rudolf Faix 4. August 2015 06:52

MarketagentMarketAgent is an official company with the location in Austria, Germany, Slovenia and Switzerland. That alone does not make them trustful. It shows only in which market they are active and which law they have to respect and where they are responsible in front of the law court.

If you are taking a look at their locations then you'll see that the English speaking market is not really their market. Austria, Germany and their location in Switzerland is German speaking. So it does not really make any sense to promote their services if you read their conditions at their website:

Registration as a survey participant: 150 Points

In principle, the invitation to participate in surveys is done by random selection. Which means, that our system uses randomly our address pool and selects the number of participants automatically - this is methodologically necessary. Often, participants must also meet certain characteristics (e.g.: male and living in Berlin or Vienna). Because of this, there can be greater distances between the surveys from time to time and then it can go back quite quickly.

Friend invited by the survey participant : 100 Points
You will receive the points for recommending new member only, when the referred person has completed his/her first survey.

Updating your personal information (1x per year): 50 Points
Please note that the points for updating your personal information will only be credited, if we have asked you to do so via email.

Participation in the online survey: 20 - 250 points

Conversion: 1.2 dollar = 120 cents = 100 bonus points

Bonus points will be awarded to your account immediately after completing each survey. Anytime you can convert Exchange Area the survey points into cash or rather products or services of our cooperation partners. Each time after you collect 200 number of points you can exchange them.

Bank transfer, Paypal, Skrill

From the above statements is ony "Conversion: 1.2 dollar = 120 cents = 100 bonus points" against the European Consumer law, because the U.S. members are getting a better conversation as the European members - actually is € 1.00 ~ US$ 1.09829.

In any case are their conditions only for their own benefit. If you invite someone to their system, then you'll get only paid if he is usefull for them. As you don't know it in front which kind of people they are searching is it nothing else than mass collection of data.

The result of this system can get seen in the comments from Web Of Trust. There has written Rayven_redeye on 04/21/2011 (translated to English):

A little extra income, as I said, you can do so about 30 € per year, to be made depending on the amount of surveys.
You get the surveys sent by mail, if you do not want to participate in the survey, the mail can get ignored because there is no "minimum" that must be met. The transfer works without problems, however, can take up to 3 weeks.

The user azereus has written on 03/28/2011 at WOT (translated to English):

you get around 1x survey per month sent. if make the survey until the end you get up to 2.5 €. adds up to € 30 / year. the money can be transferred on their own account.
Yes it works !!

The user ZLazarow has commented on 04/16/2012 at WOT:

I have completed few surveys and get 600 points(6€), at ask to payout to my paypal acount, onthe web page shows transfer succesful, but money I never get to my Paypal account, I wrote many times to marketagent.com, but not answered to any my mail sent...

I thik this is SCAM

Summary: If we take a look at the above comments then we see that they have not enough surveys that their members can get a higher income. I received never an invitation for a survey from them. It did not make any difference if I have been living in Vienna or at country side near to Vienna and I have been every time a typical consumer (living in a family with kids).

The European consumer data protection law keeps you save that your data are not getting traded.

Only people, which are not able to read and think, will promote marketagent.com at the English speaking part of the world. In any case such people are only wasting their time because they have even not enough surveys for their German speaking members and the referrer gets only paid if the refferal participates on his first survey.

This case shows even that all these other survey sites, which are offering you a high monthly income are only SCAM and they willnot pay you. The worst ones are these, which are asking for a membership fee from you.

iPas 2 - in a lot of countries nothing else than an illegal pyramid system

by Rudolf Faix 27. July 2015 11:12

iPas2iPas 2 is a sales management and funnel system. For this it cannot generate itself any income for you. Everything depends on the product you have to sell. A typical non-seller will not sell better if you are using the system. For this are all promotions where you can earn from this system are nothing else than misleading. The only possibility of earning is by selling the system to others and getting a commission for it. With other words is it nothing else than a pyramid system without any real product value and for this is in a lot of countries illegal.

The system got developed for the Prosperty Team of the Empower Network and Empower Network members can use it for collecting additional affiliates. Anyway there are cheaper alternatives available.

The costs for the iPas 2 system are found at their site http://ipassystem.net/internet-marketing-system/ipas-review/:

What Are The Costs Of Joining iPas 2?
Good question! The best question in this iPas Marketing System review! Look iPas has a high ticket business model that spits out high commissions. The best scenario is to be at the Black Member level. At this level you have the PBA’s (personal business assistants) working for you. By the way, all the products and names you see, are Empower Network Products. The viral blogging system is a must have to be online with a professional blog website. You can use this to blog about your business or any other topic you like. The rest are high level Marketing training products. You can seriously compare this to a Masters degree in online marketing when you have studied them all. Let’s put it all in one simple overview:

So your total one time investment to be at the iPas Black Membership level is US$ 5125.00. if you immediately go all in and qualify for all possible commissions.
You can also enter at much lower levels… $100 – $500 or $1000, Bronze, Silver and Gold.
Your monthly costs are US$47.00 for the iPas2 system.
And $19.95 affiliate fee to be paid 100% commissions

The makers of the item guarantee that you'll have the capacity to make a huge number of dollars every month with these components. I have doubtlessly on the off chance that you utilize this framework and buckle down then you'll have the capacity to create a better than average wage. Be that as it may, it'll take a long while to acquire back what you spent in any case. Also the way does not make it better that regardless you'll be 100% depending on the Empower Network for making money.

You can find what you can really earn at their income disclaimer found at http://ipasoffice.com/legal/earnings-disclaimer.php:

The ‘average’ person who participates in iPAS earns $0-$200 per month, while the exceptional ones earn upwards of $20,000+ per month.

It doesn't generally show you how to make an online business. It chiefly shows you how to market Empower Network and gain cash as a member. Your fundamental wellspring of wage will be from the referrals that you gather. I know functioning as a partner advertiser can be very gainful. In any case, I think we can all concur that it's vastly improved to have your own site and after that advance offshoot offers through your site.

You should be in control. Else, it can all vanish overnight. Keep in mind what happened when Google began getting serious about spam with the new calculation redesigns? A huge number of sites were hit hard and online groups were overflowed with individuals griping about the new changes. The fact of the matter is that on the off chance that you rely on upon one showcasing method for the greater part of your needs, and that advertising system is demolished, then your whole business will run down with it. That is what it's inconceivably vital to concentrate on a few distinctive promoting systems.

Did you know Google doesn't support Empower Network blogs? Empower Network sites are staggeringly hard to rank on Google.

So much selflessness must of course be protected from their overwhelmed customers. For this they hide their identity by using proxy services for their domain registrations:
